Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was shut down early.

The facility itself was wonderful. We were happy to have a frig and a microwave in the room. Room was very clean. Plenty of towels. We needed to find a Dunkin Donuts for my daughter. Directions were found to accommodate us. Only complaint that one morning, the breakfast was shut down around 9:30, even though it was supposed to be open until 10. Great breakfast, nice pool.

Insects in the bathroom, bad plumbing. Lack of hot water.

Overall wasn't too bad, but there are some issues with the plumbing, takes forever to get hot water. There were lots of bugs in our bathroom in the morning. Judging by how may were in there, I doubt that I am the first guest to complain. ...read more

Convenient to the Highway.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable (too firm).

This hotel met our expectations and we were happy with our choice while in town for graduation at Fort Jackson. The only problem we ran into was that all of the drink vending machines were sold out due to a problem with the vendor. There is a bit of minor repairs needed in the common hallways such as wallpaper coming off the walls in the corners, but overall clean. Loved the bath towels, they were thick and absorbent.

Noise in adjoining room kept my wife awake.

Other than the noisy room, the facility was very good. Staff did respond to her call about the noise.

Excellent continental breakfast!

Nothing really. Some construction outside but...

Very comfortable. Clean. Excellent continental breakfast that surpassed my expectations. This is certainly a place I would not hesitate to use again.
